The works consist of the following:
- skimming of all external elevations with a lime render (Unilit) and repainting using corical lime
- complete redecoration of the roof
- removal and refixing of the weather vane
- redecorating of all windows and louvres with a linseed oil based paint
- re-puttying of all windows and filling all joints around the window jambs
- adjusting all lead flashing to prevent further water ingress
