CRL Bristol: Stand Down Day

 
On 12 January 2026, our Bristol team came together for their annual Stand Down Day at Chippenham Golf Club ☕🥓 — starting with bacon rolls and a great catch-up.
 
The day featured insightful updates from Ben Hallett on culture, safety, mental health, performance and our 2025–26 targets, alongside important discussions on Modern Slavery and Community impact. Steve Jones shared updates on Form 15s, RAMS and some fantastic client feedback 👏
 
A big thanks to Nigel Roper for an entertaining trip through CRL’s history 🎖️, plus a bit of fun with a paper aeroplane competition ✈️ (well done Silviu!).
 
After lunch, Andy Bishop from Mangang delivered a powerful, interactive session on mental health, encouraging everyone to “be curious” and check in with one another.
